Will the tent be blown away by the wind?
No, the tent comes with multiple straps that can secure it firmly.
Can a mattress be used inside the tent?
Yes. A suitable mattress can be used inside the tent to increase comfort and make your camping feeling more enjoyable.
What should I do if the zipper fails to work?
Please check if there are any debris or loose threads caught in the zipper track. Clean it thoroughly, then try moving the zipper pull to the end of the zipper, adjust its position, and zip it up again to see if it works.
I accidentally lost my storage bag and would like to buy a new one.
If you need the replacement storage bag, please kindly contact us via service@joytutus.com with the order ID and item pictures.
The rope inside the tent pole broke.
The tent pole rope is an elastic rope, and the broken rope can be tied into a small knot and continued to be used.

If my rod is damaged, where can I get the replacement?
If you found the rod damaged, please get in touch with our after-sales service team at service@joytutus.com with order ID and broken pictures. We will arrange for a replacement part to be sent to you soon.
How can I install the tent?

The zipper where it is attached to the body is ripped, how can I do?
If you found the zipper ripped, please get in touch with our after-sales service team at service@joytutus.com with order ID and ripped pictures. We will provide you proper solutions.
The tent looks very big, can one person install it?
Before you buy, you can watch our installation video to see if one person can install it properly. Generally, it will take a little time for one person to install it.
The installation instruction is included for quick and fast assembly. Pay attention when you install Tent Poles, check the front and rear poles are tightly connected and seamless, otherwise, the poles will be broken easily. (If during installation tent pole breaks due to improper operation, we will provide a one-time free opportunity to replace the pole.)
What's the material of this tent?
JOYTUTUS pickup truck tent is made of 210D polyester oxford, with PU2000 water-proof coating, rainproof and waterproof.
How do I know whether the pickup truck tent fits my vehicle?
The truck bed tent will fit for pickup truck with 5-6.5ft truck bed. It is mostly ompatible with F150, Ram, Silverado, Tundra, Sierra, Titan etc. Perfect with Joytutus truck air mattress for comfortable car camping, fishing, hiking, etc. If you can not find the fitment, we suggest you check the vehicle information on the product page first.
